I have spent more than 25 years working in hospitality because creating seamless experiences is the most satisfying aspect of my career. I grew up in the restaurant business. I believe in the enrichment food and beverage can bring to people’s lives, and I live for those experiences.

In 2015, I became a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and a Certified Spirits Specialist with the Society of Wine Educators. I have dual degrees in Merchandising & Accounting, and a certification in Social Media Marketing.

I have enjoyed the opportunity to learn and manage at several James Beard Award winning restaurants and bars, Michelin star restaurants, and have consulted for top hotels. I founded Lemon Pop in 2023 to bring this extensive experience to restaurants, bars and hotels who strive for excellence. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
